Our Hatha Yoga Classes
In our hatha yoga classes you’ll combine postures, breathing exercises and relaxation techniques. You’ll work through some poses in depth to build strength, whilst others will be in sequences that flow to build fitness. We always include a breathing technique or a guided relaxation so that you have a truly rewarding class.
We believe hatha yoga classes can really help you get healthy and feel great. You don’t need to be super fit or uber bendy to join in. We modify postures to suit ability and adjust the challenge levels as you progress.
The photos you see on this site are of actual students out and about with Claire in Clapham Junction and in one of our regular yoga classes.
Come and join us too, taster classes are just £10.00.
