Our Hatha Yoga Classes
In our hatha yoga classes you’ll combine postures, breathing exercises and relaxation techniques. You’ll work through some poses in depth to build strength, whilst others will be in sequences that flow to build fitness. We always include a breathing technique or a guided relaxation so that you have a truly rewarding class.
We believe hatha yoga classes can really help you get healthy and feel great. You don’t need to be super fit or uber bendy to join in. We modify postures to suit ability and adjust the challenge levels as you progress.

Classes and Timetable
Three hatha yoga classes a week:
Beginners: a Beginners’ Hatha Yoga Course and a Beginner-Plus class. These sessions are ideal for yoga first-timers, those early on in their yoga journey or yoga-returners. In these 60-minute classes you’ll discover hatha yoga’s foundation poses and principles and explore what hatha yoga has to offer you.
Our next Beginners’ Course in Hatha Yoga starts on 5 September at 6:15 pm.
Our next Beginner-Plus class starts on 24 October at 6:15 pm.
An Intermediate (level 2 & 3) Hatha Yoga Class for more experienced yogis. In these 75 minute classes you can expect to progress your yoga as you work in more depth, exploring a wide range of poses, breath control and meditation techniques that are taught with elements of yoga philosophy.
Our Intermediate (level 2 & 3) Hatha Yoga Class starting on 5 September at 7:30 pm.
A Beginner-plus & Intermediate (level 1 & 2) Hatha Yoga Class. In this 75 minute class you’ll consolidate your foundation knowledge and explore intermediate poses, breathing and meditation techniques. We encourage you to choose and set your own challenge level and grow in confidence and awareness. This class fits with local school term dates.

New from October – Pilates Classes
Five pilates classes each week with Hannah Brown
We have teamed up with Hannah to offer you five pilates classes each week and a Yoga & Pilates Class-Pass. Use this pass to practice with Hannah and achieve variety in your exercise routine. Our new class-pass offers you a choice of three yoga and five pilates classes each week at three venues.
Experiencing both yoga and pilates in your week adds variety and depth to your exercise routine and another dimension to your health and well-being. Yoga and Pilates are highly complementary; together they offer you a balance of body, health and well-being benefits. The holistic approach of Hatha Yoga trains your mind and body through poses, breathing and meditation techniques whilst pilates offers precision movement and core training which you’ll find builds your body-confidence
Hannah has BA in Dance Theatre and qualified as a fully Comprehensive Pilates teacher with the Pilates Foundation in 2011. She covered in-depth training in both mat and machine-based work over an 18-month full-time course. Hannah enjoys working with people of all abilities and ages. Her experience includes working with pre/post natal women, kids/teens, all back pain related disorders, osteoporosis, neurological conditions, rheumatoid and osteoarthritis. Contact Hannah.
Our 6 session Yoga & Pilates Class-Pass is £75.00 and is valid for eight weeks.
Your Yoga Teacher
Meet your yoga teacher Claire Plastow. You are in safe hands with Claire. 18 years of personal yoga practice and a two year, 500-hour, British Wheel of Yoga Level 4 Diploma in Teaching Hatha Yoga means she brings a depth of knowledge and experience to every class. You’ll be expertly guided through postures, pranayama and meditation techniques throughout.
