Our Hatha Yoga Classes
In our hatha yoga classes you’ll combine postures, breathing exercises and relaxation techniques. You’ll work through some asana in depth to build strength, whilst others will be in sequences that flow to build fitness. We always include a breathing technique or a guided relaxation so that you have a truly rewarding class.
We believe hatha yoga classes can really help you get healthy and feel great. You don’t need to be super fit or uber bendy to join in. We modify postures to suit ability and adjust the challenge levels as you progress.

Classes and Timetable
Right now you’ll find 3 classes a week:
A Newly Yogaful class that’s ideal for newbies and refreshers. In these 60 minute classes discover hatha yoga’s foundation postures and principles and get into the yoga vibe.
A Progressively Yogaful class for more experienced yogis. In these 75 minute classes you’ll work in more depth, exploring hatha yoga postures, breath control and meditation techniques with a yoga philosophy theme.
A mixed-ability Term-Time Yogaful class. This 75 minute long class runs alongside local school term dates. It’s a great all-round class and includes a little bit of everything.
Newly Yogaful; Tuesdays 6:15 – 7:15pm
Progressively Yogaful; Tuesdays 7:30 – 8:45pm
Term-Time Yogaful; Fridays 9:15 – 10:30am

Prices And Booking
We have a number of different price options for you. We call them class-passes and they’re all managed through our online booking system.
Taster class-pass; £10
Single class-pass; £15
Block of 6 class-pass; £60
6 or 10 flexi class-passes; £75 or £110.

Meet your teacher Claire Plastow. You are in safe hands with Claire. 18 years of personal yoga practice and a two year, 500 hour, British Wheel of Yoga Level 4 Diploma in Teaching Hatha Yoga means she brings a depth of knowledge and experience to every class. You’ll be expertly guided through postures, pranayama and meditation techniques throughout.
