Welcome, I’m Claire Plastow, yoga teacher, mum, Battersea local and “household yogi”. I’ve been a student of yoga for 20 years and I’ve taught for three. Whilst yoga is central to my life, like most people, I don’t live on an ashram – I’m what we yogis call a “household yogi”.

 

I’m exploring what it’s like to embrace the yoga life right here in London. Join me as I experiment with that idea and share some of the things I’ve learnt.
