Our Hatha Yoga Classes

We believe hatha yoga can really help you to feel great. You don’t need to be super fit or uber bendy to join in. Claire Plastow teaches our hatha yoga classes, she is warm and inclusive and her classes are varied and interesting.

You’ll learn poses, breathing exercises and relaxation techniques. You’ll work through some poses in depth to build strength, whilst others will be in sequences that flow to generate fitness. There’s a sprinkling of yoga philosophy which makes the whole experience fairly soulful.

Now Pilates Classes Too

We have teamed up with Hannah Brown of Holistic Body Focus to offer you pilates classes and now a Post Natal Pilates class too.

Experiencing both yoga and pilates in your week adds variety and depth to your exercise routine and another dimension to your health and well-being. Yoga and Pilates are highly complementary; together they offer you a balance of body, health and well-being benefits.

Meet Your Teachers

Meet yoga teacher Claire Plastow. Claire has 18 years of personal yoga practice and a two year, 500-hour, British Wheel of Yoga Level 4 Diploma in Teaching Hatha Yoga. She has a fairly soulful teaching style brings a depth of knowledge and experience to every class.

Meet pilates teacher Hannah. Hannah has BA in Dance Theatre and qualified as a fully Comprehensive Pilates teacher with the Pilates Foundation in 2011. She covered in-depth training in both mat and machine-based work over an 18-month full-time course. Hannah has a holistic approach to fitness, pilates is at the core of her classes.
